Agreement to Terms
By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. BoundaryPro Sheboygan Fence Builders reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Services Provided
We provide professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Sheboygan, WI and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before beginning work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by Wisconsin law.
Property Access
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure all pets are secured during our visit. You are responsible for marking underground utilities and sprinkler systems. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities or obstructions not disclosed prior to work beginning.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on labor and materials as specified in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you. Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather events, accidents, or improper maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance and licensing as required by Wisconsin law.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
